4) PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING EXPENSES
At the same time as your order is confirmed, our company also informs you about the delivery time of the products you selected, which depends on the area you have selected to send the products to you.
The order will be sent to you by our company or by a carrier of our absolute choice, during working days and hours (Monday - Friday, 09: 00-18: 00).
Based on the delivery schedule of our courier company, deliveries are delivered as follows:
• within Attica within 1-2 business days from when your order is recorded in our online store,
• in county capitals within 2-3 business days of when your order is recorded in our online store,
• in other locations within 2-3 working days from when your order is recorded in our online store, except for remote locations that can be delivered within 4 business days.
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively and not exhaustively, our company is not responsible for reasons of delivery delay due to delays in customs, intermediate loading / unloading areas, strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of products to our warehouse by our suppliers, etc.

5) ORDER CANCELLATION - RIGHT OF EXEMPTION

It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the above mentioned conditions must be met regarding damage to the returned products, etc.

Within 15 calendar days of the day you received the product, you are entitled to return it and receive your money back. The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus 10 euros for transport costs (5 euros for shipment and 5 euros for returning the product, amount that we do not charge to our customers at delivery of the order, provided they do not exercise the right of withdrawal). Your deposit will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the products to be returned and if they qualify for return products as described above.

It is recalled that a refund is only made if the right of withdrawal is used. In the event of a change with another product of lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the difference resulting, minus € 5 relating to the transport costs of the change, as described in paragraph 6, "REFUNDS - CHANGES OF PRODUCTS".

6) EXTERNAL SHIPPING

1. Shipping to Cyprus
Missions to Cyprus are made by ACS.

2. Shipping to other countries
For shipments in the following countries (Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy) the payment method is Credit Card or BANK TRANSPORT only.
NOTE 1: Delivery of orders outside the European Union may incur additional costs for the recipient (taxes, duties, etc.) in accordance with

3. Estimated delivery time
For all countries (excluding Cyprus), the estimated delivery time varies from 5 to 10 business days.

4. Returns - Changes

All missions abroad (except Cyprus) are made by Greek Post (EL.TA).

7) REFUNDS - CHANGES OF PRODUCTS

For returns within Greece (as in case of change) you will be charged € 5.

The shipping cost of the new product is charged to you and is 5 euros if it is sent to you with ACS.

It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product with the extra charge mentioned above. If the new product you choose has a lower price than you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the difference. Money refund for the above case does not occur.

Return of Defective Products
In cases where, with proven fault of culthop.gr, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by error in order receipt, invoicing, shipment, damaged during transportation, bad packaging, etc. then cultshop.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses on a bank account to be indicated to it), as well as the resupply costs.
